If you’ve ever felt like you don’t quite fit into a world that doesn’t always understand you, my therapy space offers a gentle and welcoming environment where you can be yourself and feel celebrated.I bring a sense of curiosity, compassion, and acceptance for every part of you. With extensive training in trauma and neurodiversity, I recognize how the experience of feeling “different” can accumulate over time and affect your well-being. In our sessions, we will focus on building a genuine connection in an anti-oppressive space where everyone is valued and respected. I celebrate all aspects of self and embrace Neurodiversity as natural and beautiful ways of being. Your identity, culture, and life experiences are honored here, and I am committed to creating an inclusive environment that actively challenges systemic injustices. For Children and Teens: Our therapy will be playful and creative, allowing for exploration and growth in a fun, engaging way. For Adults: This is a safe space to unmask, heal, and rediscover yourself with kindness and understanding. Parent Coaching: I offer guidance and resources to help parents navigate the challenges of raising neurodiverse children. Together, we will explore effective strategies, communication techniques, and ways to foster a supportive home environment. I offer a complimentary 15-minute call to see if we’re a good fit.
